What payment methods are available?

In our shop there are various ways to pay for your order. Orders are processed on a prepayment system. Customers in Germany have the opportunity to order on invoice. We reserve the right to carry out credit checks via Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co KG and reserve the right to switch the order to a different payment method if we think it is necessary. In this case, we will inform you by email as part of our order confirmation.

I can't find my invoice. How do I get another invoice?

You will receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as we have dispatched your goods. If you can no longer find this e-mail with your invoice or simply need another invoice, please send us an e-mail to info@sautershop.com. We will then be happy to send you the corresponding invoice again as an email attachment.

Why have I received a payment reminder?

If we have sent you a pro-former invoice for the payment and we haven't received the payment we will sent a friendly reminder of the outstanding payment However, if you have already paid, we may not have received the payment by the time the payment reminder is automatically generated. If this is the case, you can simply ignore the payment reminder.
